Quite strange to read that public nudity is banned in India. Most people here see India as a land where public nudity is common. Sincirely hope that Europeans brought more sensible things that that.

But if you go to the villages deep into it you will find some women topless moving around, like Maharastra, Orissa, Bihar & south India.

I went in india 4 years ago and keep a very good memorie.
India and France have two differents culture. Nudity is forbiden in india. But I had a friend (of my sex) (not a boy friend) and we had many walks in Dehli hand by hand, and it was totali normaly. If I do that in France everybody will look at me like a alien.

Je suis allé en inde il ya 4 ans et garde un très bon souvenir .
L'inde et la France ont deux cultures différentes. La nudité est interdite. Mais J'avais un amis (de mon sexe)(pas un petit amis) et nous nous sommes promené de nombreuses fois dans Delhi main dans la main et c'etait totalement normal. Si je fais ça en France, tout le monde me regarderait comme un étranger!

Once i was surfing the sites & there i found this site, since then i am a member of this site.
Yes i know that nudity is forbiden in India that is why i practice at home only. Did you go to GOA over there at some perticular beaches you may find some foriners moving around top less.
Yes no body objects if you are holding hands & walking around, actually in India girls are not all that strong they feel scaired so in general you will find girls walking together holding hands together.
Are you nudist & since when, did you try to do it in India also, what was your experience in India & what all places did you visited.
